📜 Service Agreement – Design & Up!

By booking this package, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Scope of Services: Package includes only the deliverables listed. Additional services may be booked separately.

  2. Consultation Call: Initial consultation is included. Client must complete the required intake form prior to the call.

  3. Deliverables: All planning documents will be delivered via email. On-site services will be performed on the agreed event date.

  4. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations within 7 days of scheduled consultation may be rescheduled once without penalty. Refunds are not offered after services have begun.

  5. Payment Terms: Full payment (or agreed deposit) is required at booking. Vendor costs, rentals, and outsourced features are billed separately from the base package price.

  6. Client Responsibilities: Client is responsible for providing accurate event details, timely approvals, and ensuring venue access for setup and breakdown.

  7. Liability: Design & Up! is not liable for vendor performance, product quality, or incidents on event day outside of contracted services.
