Meet Joshua CruzShader — co-dreamer, steady support, and quiet creative force behind the scenes of Design & Up! While I’m out there curating color palettes and creating design magic, Joshua is often in the background building structures, solving puzzles, and bringing our wildest event ideas to life.
Joshua’s mind is rooted in innovation, and his heart is grounded in purpose. A natural storyteller, designer, and deep thinker, he brings intention and integrity to everything he touches — whether he’s working on our website, setting up our latest install, or ideating big-picture dreams for our family and business.
He’s also the founder of Be Human Now, a movement that invites people to live with presence, connection, and creativity — qualities that flow right into the work we do here. Together, we believe in celebrating not just events, but what it means to be fully alive.
