Service Agreement 

By booking this package, you agree to the following terms:

Service Agreement – Design & Up!

1. Scope of Services: This package includes design and planning deliverables only. Client is responsible for event execution unless additional services are booked.

2. Consultation Call: A 1-hour design consultation will be scheduled after booking. Client must complete the required intake form prior to the call.

3. Deliverables: All digital planning materials (vision board, guide, floor plan, checklist) will be delivered via email within 7 business days after consultation.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled consultation may be rescheduled once without penalty. Refunds are not offered after services have begun.

5. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at booking. Payment covers planning services only and does not include third-party vendor costs, rentals, or products.

6. Client Responsibilities: Client is responsible for reviewing deliverables, confirming vendors, and executing event setup and management.

7. Liability: Design & Up! is not liable for vendor performance, product quality, or event-day incidents outside of agreed services.
