All private creative experiences require advance booking and are subject to availability.

A personalized quote will be provided based on the number of guests, selected activity, materials, location, and session length.

A 35% nonrefundable booking retainer is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due seven calendar days before your scheduled experience.

Reservations made within seven days of the event require payment in full at the time of confirmation.

An inquiry or verbal discussion does not constitute a confirmed reservation.

A minimum booking equivalent to four paid guests is required. Pricing is based on the confirmed number of participants.

Reductions in guest count made after the final balance is due do not reduce the confirmed booking total. Additional guests must be approved in advance and may require an additional charge.

Experiences may be hosted at The Re-Creation Studio, subject to space availability, or at a client-provided location.

Mobile bookings include an additional setup and travel fee starting at $100. Travel outside the standard service area, parking, tolls, venue restrictions, and additional staffing may result in additional charges, disclosed in advance.

Clients are responsible for providing a safe, accessible venue with suitable tables, seating, lighting, and access to electricity or water when required by the selected activity.

Booking retainers are nonrefundable once the reservation is confirmed.

Rescheduling requests made at least 14 calendar days before the event may be accommodated one time, subject to availability, within 90 days of the original date.

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event are eligible for a refund of payments made beyond the retainer, less any disclosed, preapproved, nonrecoverable custom expenses.

For cancellations within 14 days, payments are nonrefundable, except where required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.

If Design & Up! must cancel an experience and cannot agree on a replacement date, the client will receive a full refund of amounts paid.

Selected materials and basic tools are included unless otherwise stated in the event proposal.

Certain activities involve scissors, adhesives, paints, resin, or other specialized tools and may require additional safety precautions.

Activities are adapted according to participant ages and abilities. Some materials and projects may not be appropriate for children.

Adult supervision is required for participating minors. Specialized equipment and potentially hazardous materials are handled only by authorized facilitators.

Guests may request to bring refreshments or decorations, subject to venue rules and advance approval.

Food service, refreshments, elaborate decorations, and custom event styling are not included unless specifically listed in the proposal.

Photos or videos of participants will only be used for promotional purposes with appropriate consent. Participation does not require consent to promotional photography.

Final event details, including the date, time, location, project, guest count, pricing, and any special arrangements, will be confirmed in writing before payment.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges the booking terms provided with their proposal, subject to applicable law.
