📜 Service Agreement – Design & Up!

By booking this package, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Scope of Services: Package includes only the deliverables listed. Additional services may be booked separately.

  2. Consultation Call: Initial consultation is included. Client must complete the required intake form prior to the call.

  3. Deliverables: All planning documents will be delivered via email. On-site services will be performed on the agreed event date.

  4. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations within 7 days of scheduled consultation may be rescheduled once without penalty. Refunds are not offered after services have begun.

  5. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at booking. Payment covers planning, design, coordination, and hosting services only. Vendor costs, rentals, or products outside the listed inclusions are billed separately if applicable.

  6. Client Responsibilities: Client is responsible for reviewing deliverables, providing accurate event details, and ensuring venue access for setup and breakdown.

  7. Liability: Design & Up! is not liable for vendor performance, product quality, or incidents on event day outside of contracted services.
